Hello and welcome to Action Photography. If you started out at actionphotopix.com and clicked the link, you've finally made it to the location where you can review the pictures that were take at your event.
Action photos are my passion, but I would love to be challenged and am expanding my business to other types of photography to included head shots, weddings, nature, and so on.

EQUIPMENT:
I use a Canon EOS 1D Mark II N and a Canon XT camera to take all my photos with. I utilize a Canon EF IS L series 100-400 lens for most of my daytime action shots, a Canon 16-35 L series wide angle lens for group shots, a Canon 85 mm prime lens for portraits, a Sigma 170-500mm for long range shots, and a Sigma 70-200 2.8 for everything in between. I utilize multiple flashes when needed and operate them with radio transmitters for awsome effects and dramatic lighting.
FEES:
I charge a basic fee for travel, set up, and shooting the event. This fee varies depending on the amout of set up needed and distance. Please ask for a quote. For action shots of spots teams, I charge $25 per player to a maximum of (5) players. If the maximum is met, I will shoot the entire team for $125 dollars.
I try very hard to take pictures of every athlete on the team during a team shooth however, that is not always possible. Here's a tip I pass along to parnets to help them identify your child in a picture that may contain several kids in one shot. Have you child wear a small item that makes him or her stand out to you. An example of that would be a colored mouthguard, wristbands, gloves, shoes you know and remember, armbands, and things of that nature. You will be suprised by how much these things stand out in a crowded photo when your looking for them. Sometimes your child's number or name may be covered up or just not readable. Just a thought.
